Desolate Sunrise

Mike’s new release was written and recorded throughout 2009. Noteworthy in the respect that the year proved to be a year packed with extremely difficult circumstances. Mike would define it as a year of profound loss on both a professional and personal level. These circumstances provide the foundation for all the songs on “Desolate Sunrise.” This is an album that is deeply personal, yet relate-able and accessible. Mike holds true to his straightforward production style and still manages to push the boundaries of what rock music is in this day and age. While listening, be prepared to go on a journey of extreme highs and murky lows, but still come out with a sense of hope that will keep you singing and make you believe that rock music is STILL relevant!
